We reply within two working days. It helps to say which of these your message is about:

Support: connecting your assistant, a tile that looks wrong, or anything that is not working. The support page answers the common ones.
Billing: your plan, a charge or a refund. You can also manage billing yourself in Settings.
Privacy: a copy of your data, or deleting your account. Send it from the address you sign in with.
