What is Dashly?
Dashly is a dashboard for the things you track, kept up by your AI assistant. You mention what you ate, how you feel or what you finished, and your assistant logs it to Dashly, where it shows up on a live wall of tiles with your goals and your history.
Which AI assistants work with Dashly?
ChatGPT, Claude and Claude Code, and any other AI assistant that supports MCP, the open standard for connecting assistants to apps. You add Dashly once in your assistant's settings, which takes about a minute. With another assistant, ask it how to add a custom MCP connector and it will walk you through it.
Do I have to ask my assistant to update Dashly every time?
No. Once a topic is in Dashly, your assistant updates it whenever it comes up in a chat. Say "second coffee of the day" and the coffee tile changes.
What can I track?
Anything you can put into words: food, water, mood, workouts, money, your cycle, study time, tasks for work. Each topic can have a goal to reach or a limit to stay under, by the day, week, month or year.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Home shows only on devices you sign in on or pair as your own. On Dashly Plus you can put another dashboard on up to 3 screens, such as the kitchen TV, by approving each one with a code. A screen shows that dashboard and nothing else: no one can open your topics or what you logged from it.

Yes. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day trial, on either plan. Your card is taken at the start, and if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your data is kept for 90 days after your subscription ends, so you can come back to it. After that it is deleted.
