Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dashly (dashly.si). By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you give us and for activity under your account, including what assistants you connect do on your behalf. You must be 18 or older and able to enter into these terms.

Subscriptions and trials

Dashly is a paid service with two monthly plans, Dashly and Dashly Plus, described on the pricing page. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day trial, on either plan. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Your card is taken when the trial starts and is first charged when it ends. A later subscription is charged when it starts.

Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

We may change our prices or what a plan includes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.

Your data

What you track is yours. You give us permission to store it, summarize it and show it to you and on the screens you choose to pair, only to provide the service.

If your subscription ends, we keep your data for 90 days and then delete it, as described in our privacy policy.

Assistants you connect

You can connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant to Dashly. Anything it does is done on your behalf, within the permissions you approved, and you are responsible for it as if you had done it yourself. Assistants are provided by third parties under their own terms. They can make mistakes, such as logging the wrong value, and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dashly to break the law, to store or share content that infringes someone else's rights, to attack or overload the service, or to get around its limits. We may suspend an account or an assistant's access that puts the service or other people at risk.

Health and other information

Dashly shows what you log. It does not give medical, financial or other professional advice, and a tile or a goal is not a diagnosis or a recommendation.

Availability

We aim to keep Dashly available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features, with notice where reasonably possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your use of Dashly is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You can stop using Dashly and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
