Getting started

Add Dashly to your assistant as a connector, sign in, and tell it what you want to track. The connect guides walk through Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code step by step.

My assistant is not updating Dashly

Check that the Dashly connector is still switched on in your assistant's settings, and that you are signed in to the same Dashly account. Then name the topic once more ("add this to my water in Dashly"). After that the assistant picks it up again on its own. In ChatGPT, adding your own connector can need developer mode, under Settings and then Advanced.

A tile shows the wrong number

Ask your assistant to show the entries for that topic and fix the one that is off, or open the topic in Dashly to see every entry and which assistant logged it.

Billing

Change your plan, update your card or cancel in Settings. If you cancel, your data stays for 90 days in case you come back, and is then deleted.

Deleting your account

Email contact@thinslatelabs.us from the address you sign in with and we will delete your account and everything in it.
